Rave Access Requests:

1. To request access to the Medidata Rave system, end users should send a request to nciappsupport@mail.nih.gov. The request should include the email address of the end user(s) protocol(s), site(s), and type of access that is needed (see types below).
2. The Rave study build team will reach out to the end users via the emails provided and request a signed copy of the attached confidentiality agreement.
3. Once the confidentiality agreement is received, the study build team will grant their access in the Rave system. An automatic email from Medidata will be sent to the users' email addresses with a link to the system. Once the required trainings are completed*, the user will have access to the protocol

       *Note: The required courses only need to be completed once. If a user has already completed the exact courses required by the system, they will be able to directly access the protocol after access is granted by the study build team.

Note:

Medidata and CCR have different names for roles within their respective organizations, so the course titles provided by Medidata do not always match with the CCR role. The courses are assigned based on the actions to be performed by each role in the system (For example, Monitors to verify data, Study Team to review, etc.).
