HiTIF personnel is experienced in the management and reformatting of focused libraries of reagents in a 96- or 384-well format. In addition, we can assist users with automated oligo siRNA or sgRNA transfections, dispensing of reagents, or semi- automated Immuno-Fluorescence (IF), RNA FISH and DNA FISH protocols. Importantly, the HiTIF can support the development HCI assays using 2D, 3D and live-cell, time-lapse confocal fluorescence microscopy not only for screening projects, but also for lower throughput, hypothesis-driven projects. Finally, we have hands-on expertise in building and implementing custom automated image analysis routines and secondary data analysis pipelines.
