Customer Satisfaction

Every two (2) years the Laboratory of Pathology participates in a Customer Satisfaction survey to measure the satisfaction with the laboratory's clinical and academic services. Results of the survey are used to determine future quality management initiatives.

The target audience of the survey includes: Branch Chiefs, Staff Clinicians, Research Investigators, Fellows, and Staff, Registered Nurses, and other ancillary staff.

The NIH Department of Laboratory Medicine (DLM) conducts surveys of patient satisfaction with the phlebotomy service every two (2) years, and information is available through DLM.
