The Laboratory of Pathology (LP) participates in the NIH Clinical Center's (CC's) Emergency Management Program. During the activation of an emergency disaster code, LP staff will report to the General Surgical Pathology office to sign in so that a list of available personnel and professional designations can be provided to the CC's Incident Command Center. The LP Clinical Manager, Safety Officer, will coordinate staff roles and responsibilities with the Branch Chief and Incident Command Center.
