Mission: Provides protein chemistry support for:
- bioassay-guided fractionation, isolation, purification, and structural elucidation of novel antitumor and antimicrobial proteins and peptides from natural products and other chemical diversity libraries;
- investigation of mechanism of action, molecular target interactions, and bioassay development for bioactive proteins and peptides;
- reisolation of bioactive proteins and peptides of interest for follow-up investigation.
