Calling all postdocs!!  National Postdoc Appreciation Week is Sept 19^th -23^rd.  The Fellows and Young Investigators (FYI) Steering Committee has planned the following events to show appreciation to postdocs on the Frederick campus.  We hope you will join us!

*Movie and popcorn: *Come watch “Extraordinary Measures” starring Harrison Ford and Brendan Fraser.  This story is centered on the efforts of John and Aileen Crowley to find a researcher who might have a cure for their two children's rare genetic disorder.  Monday Sept. 19^th at 1:00pm in Building 549/Auditorium.

*Group photo and ice cream:  *A photo will be taken of all Frederick postdocs at 12:00pm on Tuesday Sept. 20^th at the Farmer’s Market.  Ice cream will be served from 12-1:00pm.

Resources for Conflict Resolution Workshop:  A panel discussion will be held with Kathleen Moore (Ombudsman’s Office) and Seldon Cooper (EAP) to let postdocs know what resources are available to them.  Coffee and donuts will be served.  Wednesday Sept 21st, 10-11:30am in Building 549/Auditorium.

Frederick Postdoc Seminar Series:  Our second seminar of the fall season will be held on _Wednesday Sept 21st, 1:15pm in Building 549/Auditorium.  _Come support your fellow postdocs.  Pizza and soda will be served.
