This directory contains three tar files:

NoInterMonoNOE-11-26-07.tar.gz 
This tar file contains the rigid-body calculation to define the 
interface between the two monomers in a homodimer RNA-RNA complex
using SAXS data in complete absence of intermolecular NOE distance
restraints.

ref-no-saxs-11-13-07.tar.gz  
This tar file contains the calculation using NMR-derived restraints
without SAXS data refinement.

ref-SAXS-Rg-12-07-07.tar.gz
This tar file contains the global refinement of the RNA:RNA complex
using SAXS data and NMR-derived restraints. 

setup1.exe for program dimer (Windows XP version).  The syntax for running the program is given in Readme.txt
