Angiogenesis Course 2010

Analytical techniques for the quantification of angiogenesis and lymphangiogenesis

The NCI Angiogenesis Core Facility is sponsoring a hands-on four day training course on analytical techniques used to assess in vitro/in vivo angiogenesis. The course will be structured to have a combination of wet labs and lectures covering this subject matter. Hands-on operational training of the following techniques will be covered:

  • Chorioallantoic Membrane Assay (CAM)
  • Rat Aortic Ring Assay
  • Directed In Vivo Angiogenesis Assay (DIVAA)
  • Endothelial Cell Migration Assay and
  • Endothelial Cell Tube Formation Assay

Limited seating will be available (20) and participants will be enrolled on a first come/first served bases.
